About Jonathan
Jonathan Dye is a partner at Filion Wakely Thorup Angeletti LLP whose practice covers a broad range of employment issues, including wrongful dismissals, human rights complaints, employment standards, recruitment and termination, and workplace matters arising out of corporate transactions. He has appeared as counsel before the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal, as well as the Labour Relations Board, the Human Rights Tribunal, and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal. Jonathan served on the executive of the Ontario Bar Association's Labour and Employment Law section, chairing it from 2008 to 2010, and he has written book chapters on employment law for several publications. He has taught employment law at Humber College and has served as a guest instructor at York University's Schulich School of Business. Jonathan was called to the Ontario bar in 1997 and holds degrees from the University of Windsor and Osgoode Hall Law School.
