About Katie
Katie Ussher is an associate with the Disputes Group in Osler's Vancouver office, maintaining a broad civil litigation practice that covers class action defence, contractual disputes, tort claims, and securities matters. Katie started at Osler as a summer student in 2023 and moved into an associate role after finishing articles in 2025. Katie completed a Juris Doctor at the University of Victoria, where Katie volunteered as an editor for the faculty's law journal and worked as a clinician with the Law Students' Legal Advice Program. Before attending law school, Katie completed a Bachelor of Arts at the University of British Columbia, studying political science and sociology.
