About Katie
Katie Duke is a partner at CFM Lawyers who primarily represents plaintiffs and class members in class actions involving product liability, price-fixing, and Charter claims. Before joining CFM, she clerked at the Alberta Court of Appeal and for Justice Karakatsanis at the Supreme Court of Canada, and she frequently works on appeals. She provides pro bono legal services through organizations such as Access Pro Bono and previously participated in the Canadian Bar Association's Young Lawyers International Program, working at a legal NGO in South Africa to assist refugees with the asylum process. She was called to the bar in Alberta in 2015 and in British Columbia in 2017.
