About Oneal

Oneal has practised insurance and personal injury litigation since 2003, representing clients through trial, judicial review, and appeal. His practice focuses on complex specialty insurance disputes, including class actions, professional negligence, construction, and large property damage claims, and he also handles negligent investigation, wrongful death, abuse, and product liability matters. He taught the insurance law course at the Lincoln Alexander School of Law in 2024.
