About Adam

Adam Walsh represents people affected by the actions of large corporations and institutions at CFM Lawyers, focusing on class actions involving systemic negligence and abuse, consumer protection, and constitutional law. He has appeared as counsel before superior and appellate courts in British Columbia and before various administrative tribunals. Before joining CFM, he clerked at the Supreme Court of British Columbia and worked at a large national firm representing defendants. He earned his law degree from the University of British Columbia and his undergraduate degree from Columbia University. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2024.
