About Andrew

Andrew Johnson's practice at CFM Lawyers covers tort claims and class actions, among them matters involving physical and sexual abuse within institutions. Aviation work at the firm holds particular appeal for him, and he earned his pilot's license while still in law school. Andrew has litigated at every level of court in British Columbia and has assisted clients in proceedings before the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal and the Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada. He also volunteers his time with Access Pro Bono. Before law school, Andrew studied international relations and spent time working in federal politics and legislative affairs on Parliament Hill; he went on to complete his law degree at the University of Victoria. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2021.
