About Anthony

Anthony Leoni is a partner at Rice Parsons Leoni & Elliott LLP with 20 years of experience litigating tort claims, including product liability, professional negligence, and serious personal injury matters. He began his career as a law clerk to justices of the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench and Court of Appeal before working as a defence lawyer. His class action practice covers defective pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and consumer products, and his personal injury work includes medical negligence and denied insurance claims. Anthony was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2005 and in Saskatchewan in 2022. He holds a law degree from the University of British Columbia (2003) and a B.A. in political science from the University of Calgary (2000).
