About Katelyn

Katelyn Chaudhary is an associate whose litigation practice focuses on aviation matters, including passenger disputes, aircraft accident investigations, and product liability claims, along with some human rights and consumer class action work. She has argued cases at every level of court in British Columbia and pursued airline passenger claims in several other provinces. While studying law at Thompson Rivers University, she volunteered with a legal advice program for students, Pro Bono Students Canada, and Kamloops Pride, and served as a teaching assistant for the faculty. Her leadership with PBSC earned her two nominations for a chief justice award and a public interest award from the Law Foundation. At the firm she sits on committees supporting equity and inclusion and women's professional development, and she enjoys hockey, photography, and time with her Bengal cat, Loki.
