About Chelsea
Chelsea Hermanson is a partner at CFM Lawyers focusing on class action litigation involving anti-competitive conduct, product liability, and consumer protection. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in class actions and has appeared before superior and appellate courts in Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario. Chelsea teaches the class actions course at UBC's Allard School of Law and is a current member-at-large and past co-chair and secretary of the Canadian Bar Association's Class Actions Section. She was called to the bar in Alberta in 2012 and in British Columbia in 2014.
