About Kathryn

Kathryn Panton is a family, pet custody, and collaborative lawyer, mediator, and legal coach at YLaw, serving clients in Langley, Chilliwack, and throughout British Columbia. Her practice emphasizes financial detail, including income determinations, asset valuations, and tax implications, and she has a record of success on chambers applications before the BC Supreme Court, including Enns v. Mitchell and N.E.G.B. v. T.A.S. In her first year of call she independently conducted a lengthy Supreme Court trial.
