About Kelly

Kelly Simington practises exclusively in family law, handling parenting, child and spousal support, and division of assets, including high-conflict litigation involving allegations of parental alienation and abuse. She has represented clients in the Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal of British Columbia. She earned a BA in psychology from Simon Fraser University in 2008 and a JD from UBC in 2012, and was called to the BC bar in 2014. She volunteers for the North Shore Women's Centre family law legal clinic and previously played rugby with the Capilano Rugby Club.
