About Ashley

Ashley Desautels is an associate at RDM Lawyers focused on litigation, including family law, employment law, personal injury and general civil disputes. Originally from Pitt Meadows, she began her Bachelor of Arts at the University of Victoria before transferring to the University of the Fraser Valley, graduating with distinction in 2021 with a major in English and a minor in business. Before law school she worked in hospitality management, then earned her Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University in 2025, where she took part in moots and negotiations and worked with the Investigative Journalism Foundation. She completed her articles at RDM and continued building her practice with the firm following her call to the British Columbia Bar.
