About Timothy

Timothy McCormick is a family law associate at Hepburn + Glass, handling divorce, parenting time, support, and property division matters. He completed a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at the University of British Columbia in 2009, then worked briefly in wealth management before earning his Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC in 2019. While at Allard Law he volunteered with the Law Students' Legal Advice Program and completed a judicial externship supporting Provincial Court judges in Surrey and on BC's Northern Circuit. After articling with a leading auto insurance corporation, he was called to the BC Bar in 2020, then spent nearly six years practising personal injury and insurance defence before moving into family law.
