About Kathleen

Kathleen Kennedy works as an associate in the Toronto office of her firm. She maintains a broad labour and employment law practice, advising employers across both private and public sector industries. Before joining, she summered and articled at a labour and employment boutique. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor, an Honours B.A. in Political Science from Wilfrid Laurier University, and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Conestoga College, giving her a practical understanding of the day-to-day challenges employers face. While in law school she volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada's Youth ID Clinic, later leading it, and received the 2024 Chief Justice Wagner Award for her volunteer work. Kathleen was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025.
