About Katherine
Katherine Holden's practice is devoted to estate planning and administration. Before joining Bales Beall LLP she worked at a boutique wills and estates firm in Toronto, gaining experience in disability planning, estate administration, ODSP issues, and advising trustees and attorneys. During law school she was active with Queen's Elder Law Clinic, which helped shape her interest in estates work. She earned her JD from Queen's University in 2021 and her BA Honours in 2017, also from Queen's, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2022. She has been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for trusts and estates, and belongs to the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, Young Women in Law and Junior Trusts and Estates Practitioners.
