About Noah
Noah Kochman is a founding partner of Donovan Kochman LLP, focusing his practice on estates and trusts litigation and commercial litigation, and he also mediates estates and trusts disputes across Ontario. He started Donovan Kochman with Brendan Donovan around the idea that clients need specialized lawyers who charge responsibly and put client interests first. Noah began his career at a full-service Bay Street firm, working on commercial disputes, employment law, insurance defence, and administrative law, and before turning to litigation he worked in federal politics and government relations. He sits on the executive of the Ontario Bar Association's Trusts and Estates Section and Elder Law Section, as well as the Canadian Bar Association's Estates and Trusts Section.
