Charles Beall is a founding partner of Bales Beall LLP, focusing on resolving estate, family wealth, and family business disputes. His litigation background spans corporate, commercial, and securities matters, along with civil proceedings, judicial inquiries, professional liability, and Crown prosecution. As a trained mediator, he works to build trust between parties and develop creative resolutions. Charles belongs to the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Advocates' Society. He earned his LLB from the University of Ottawa in 1979 and was called to the Ontario bar in 1981.
