About Geoffrey

Geoffrey Cobham is a partner at Mills & Mills LLP whose practice centers on civil litigation, employment law, and estates law. His litigation work touches on wrongful dismissal and professional liability claims, along with disputes tied to insurance, estate, commercial, and real estate issues. He has appeared at various levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Court of Justice, and has spoken on numerous legal topics. Geoffrey articled with Mills & Mills and joined the firm in 2004, the same year he was called to the bar. He holds an Honours B.A. from the University of Toronto (1999) and a J.D. from the University of Toronto (2003).
