About Jessica

Jessica Feldman Chittley is a partner focused on estate and trust planning as well as estate administration. She helps clients minimize taxes at death and prepares wills, trusts, and powers of attorney for property and personal care. She also guides executors through the administration process from start to finish. Chittley was recognized in the 2025 edition of The Best Lawyers in Canada for her trust and estate work. She belongs to the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Ontario Bar Association, where she has served on the Trusts and Estates executive committee since 2012. She teaches as an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto law faculty. Chittley earned her LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2008, was called to the bar in Ontario in 2009, and holds a B.Sc. in physiology from McGill University.
