Katherine MacRae is a member of Swainson Miki Peskett's Corporate-Commercial practice group. Born and raised in Edmonton, she earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta, graduated from the University of Alberta Law School, and was called to the Alberta bar in 1988. Her practice is built around tax-driven transactions, corporate-commercial work, and estate planning.
