About Bruce

Bruce F. Coombs is a member of Swainson Miki Peskett's corporate-commercial department. He attended the University of Alberta in 1976, graduating with a teaching diploma and a Bachelor of Science degree, taught junior high in St. Albert, then returned to the University of Alberta and graduated in law in 1981. He joined Swainson Miki Peskett in December 2019 after a brief retirement, bringing 38 years of practice in Edmonton centred on corporate, commercial, and real estate matters, with an emphasis on mergers, acquisitions, corporate governance, and real estate financing.
