About Sathya

Sathya Velmurugiah is an Edmonton native who studied law abroad at Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia, graduating in 2022, before returning home to practise. She completed articling at a mid-sized Edmonton firm, worked as a family law case worker, and pursued National Committee on Accreditation requirements through the University of Calgary. Her practice covers corporate law, family law, real estate, and wills and estate planning.
