About Matthew

Matthew Kaup is a second-generation lawyer at Kaup Law Office, joining his father Martin Kaup as a partner in 2019. He earned his J.D. from the University of Alberta's Faculty of Law in 2018, graduating with awards in Contract Law and Estate Planning Law. He worked as a real estate conveyancer with the firm from 2013 to 2017 while completing his studies, and later took over the practices previously held by Eric Oddleifson and Brad Cody. He practices real estate, wills and estates, and corporate and commercial law.
