About Allen
Allen (Al) Evaniew is a leader of Swainson Miki Peskett, providing counsel in the firm's real estate group. Born and raised in the Edmonton area, he attended the University of Alberta, obtaining his Bachelor of Commerce and law degree, and has built a commercial real estate practice over more than 40 years. He also obtained an MBA while practicing. He acts for large commercial real estate clients on transactions, commercial leasing, and financing, and has represented private and institutional commercial lenders in structuring loans and preparing and placing security.
