About Shawn

Shawn Hagen advises individuals, families and businesses on residential and commercial real estate transactions, estate planning and administration, and corporate and commercial matters. His real estate practice covers purchases, sales, refinancings and complex commercial transactions, and his estates practice includes preparing wills, trusts and enduring powers of attorney and advising executors and beneficiaries through probate. He also drafts and negotiates shareholder and partnership agreements, and he serves on the board of directors of Riseup Society Alberta.
