About Katelyn
Katelyn Hufe Karahan is a partner in Green & Spiegel U.S.'s Philadelphia office with more than ten years of experience across nearly every area of immigration law, including employment-based and family-based immigration, removal defense, federal litigation, citizenship and humanitarian relief. Her current work focuses on helping entrepreneurs and small businesses build their workforce through visas such as the TN, H-1B and E-3, along with permanent residence options tailored to each client's needs. As a former business owner herself, Katelyn brings a firsthand understanding of the challenges companies face and takes a personal, transparent approach with clients. She also assists individuals with marriage and family-based applications, citizenship and asylum matters. Since 2017 she has served as an Adjunct Professor at Drexel University's Thomas Kline School of Law, where she now directs the Federal Litigation and Appeals Clinic, and she serves as Vice Chair of the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Katelyn speaks Spanish and Italian.
