About Josh
Josh Calderon is the founder and principal lawyer of grit + co, a corporate and commercial law firm in Toronto. Calderon was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012 and worked at one of Canada's largest business law firms before leaving in 2016 to start a travel technology company, an 18-month venture that ultimately did not succeed. Calderon then combined a legal background with an interest in business to start grit + co, which focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and tax-driven reorganizations, equity financings, business structuring, and commercial agreements for small and medium-sized businesses. Calderon also advises on solutions for financially distressed but viable businesses.
