Batia J. Stein is the Managing Partner of EY Law's Immigration practice in Canada, leading a team of professionals across Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal. She has more than 25 years at EY and works with organizations to align talent mobility with business strategy, including short-term travel, remote work, M&A and mobility policy design. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and a licensed US attorney in Massachusetts.
