A partner in the firm's Hamilton office and leader of the firm's Real Estate Industry and Sector Group and Real Estate Practice Group in Canada, Mark Giavedoni is an LSO Certified Specialist in Real Estate Law. He advises on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, project structure and development, and asset and facilities management. He serves as 2nd Vice-Chair of the Federation of Ontario Law Associations and holds the Real Estate Committee Chair position. In 2021, he received the Federation of Ontario Law Associations President's Award.
