About Kate
Kate Kozowyk is a partner whose practice focuses on professional negligence, condominium law and personal injury matters, including social and commercial host liability. She has appeared at all levels of court in Alberta, including the Court of Appeal, and has been involved in an application for leave to appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada. She advises boards of directors, property managers and developers on condominium insurance claims, bylaw creation and interpretation, and enforcement disputes. Kate was called to the Alberta bar in 2013 and holds a Bachelor of Laws (with Distinction) from the College of Law in Guildford, UK, and a BA from the University of Victoria.
