About Matthew

Matthew Kachur is a founding partner of Warren Kachur Osadetz LLP. His practice centres on corporate and commercial law, with a focus on corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, financing, franchise law, and construction law, alongside a sizeable wills, estate planning, and estate administration practice. He also advises clients on litigation matters involving breach of contract, shareholder oppression, builders' lien claims, and employment disputes, and has appeared before the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench, the Provincial Court of Alberta, and administrative tribunals. Matthew was called to the Alberta bar in 2009 and holds a Bachelor of Laws (2008) and a Bachelor of Arts (2005), both from the University of Alberta.
