About Félix

Félix Montpetit was called to the Barreau du Québec in 2019 and became part of the firm's Insurance Law and Civil Litigation practice group the following year. Montpetit's work includes managing litigation files, drafting legal opinions, and representing clients before the courts and in negotiated dispute resolution. Félix Montpetit regularly acts for insurance companies and their policyholders in civil proceedings, pursues recovery of insurer claims, and advises on coverage questions. Montpetit also represents construction companies in arbitration matters, conducts statutory examinations ahead of litigation, and assists insurers appearing in the Small Claims Division. Montpetit practises in French and English and earned an LL.B. from the Université du Québec à Montréal in 2018.
