About Alan

Alan Rudakoff is a partner practising tort and insurance liability defence, with particular experience in product liability, professional negligence and serious injury claims arising from complex commercial disputes. He has been recognized in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory for his work in dental malpractice, personal injury defence and commercial insurance, and is named among a small number of Alberta lawyers in the International Who's Who of Insurance and Reinsurance Lawyers. He was called to the Alberta bar in 1983 and practised civil litigation at Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP before joining Scott Venturo Rudakoff LLP in January 2017. Alan holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta and a BA from McGill University.
