Quebec Counsel, Practicing in Association at Grinhaus Law Firm
Yves Picard earned his law degree at Laval University, where he also worked as a teaching assistant in labour law, and later completed graduate studies at Quebec's National School of Public Administration. An early interest in politics and entrepreneurship drew him toward Quebec's business community, and he now serves as managing partner of Picard Poitras Gervais Avocats. He is also involved in building PSP Légal, a network of lawyers, notaries, and corporate service providers across Quebec and Canada. While he has knowledge of labour, health, estate, construction, and real estate law, his practice centers on business law, including complex corporate structures, negotiations, and mergers and acquisitions. He has authored two books on labour law.
