About Corina
Corina Zatreanu Glenn is counsel at Irwin Lowy LLP. Her corporate and securities law practice concentrates on corporate finance transactions and M&A work, primarily within the energy and natural resources industries, encompassing domestic and cross-border public and private financings for issuers and underwriters. She also advises Canadian public issuers on stock exchange listings, continuous disclosure obligations, and other regulatory compliance matters. Before joining Irwin Lowy, she was a partner at Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP in Toronto, now part of Dentons. She earned her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario bar in 1999, and belongs to the Law Society of Ontario and the Canadian Bar Association.
