About Kaitlyn

Kaitlyn's practice centers on tax, estates and corporate law. As a member of the firm's Tax Group, she works with tax lawyers across Atlantic Canada and has completed the In-Depth Tax Course through the Chartered Professional Accountants. She helps clients optimize corporate strategies and estate planning in a tax-effective manner, and advises on corporate transactions including business purchases and sales, acquisitions and reorganizations. She also supports clients on residential and commercial property matters and represents financial institutions on lending transactions. She was listed in Best Lawyers' 2026 'Ones to Watch' for Corporate Law and is a member of the Law Society of PEI and the Canadian Bar Association, having previously chaired the PEI CBA's Taxation Law Section.
