About Gush
Gush Minhas is an associate at Babin Bessner Spry, having joined as a summer student in 2022 before returning to article in 2023 and becoming an associate in 2024. His developing practice centers on the firm's commercial litigation strength, particularly class actions, shareholder disputes, competition law and securities and contractual litigation. At Windsor Law he was president of the Environmental Law Society, took part in mooting competitions and worked as a research assistant with the Windsor Law Centre for Cities, earning the R. Lawrence DeShield Memorial Award in Municipal Studies. He holds a JD from the University of Windsor and a BA (Hons.) in political science from the University of Toronto, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2024.
