About Justine
Blanchet provides risk management advice and litigation defence to health care sector owners, operators, and their employees, along with general civil litigation defence in professional negligence, personal injury, class actions, and breach of contract matters. Originally from northern Canada, she maintains strong connections to the northern legal community and practises in both English and French. Called to the Alberta Bar in 2009 (Northwest Territories 2016, Ontario 2022), she is recognized as a leading lawyer in Lexpert's Health Sciences special edition and as a Benchmark Canada litigation star.
