About Justine

Justine Bell represents clients in civil and insurance litigation, including bankruptcy and collections proceedings, shareholder disputes, and commercial and residential lease and construction agreement disputes. Her growing professional liability practice includes defending appraisers, insurance agents, and lawyers in negligence claims, and she has appeared before Alberta's Court of King's Bench and Provincial Court, assisting senior counsel at the Court of Appeal. Justine was called to the Alberta Bar in 2018 after earning her J.D. from the University of Saskatchewan and a B.A. with distinction from the University of Alberta. She is active with the Alberta Civil Trial Lawyers Association's Women's Legal Forum and volunteers with Pro Bono Law Alberta's Civil Claims Duty Counsel.
