About Heidi

Heidi Besuijen is a partner at Reynolds Mirth Richards & Farmer LLP with a general civil litigation practice focused on condominium law, administrative law, estate litigation and commercial litigation. Her clients include condominium corporations, property owners, business owners and professional regulatory organizations, and she has represented clients at all levels of court in Alberta and before the Supreme Court of Canada on leave applications. Before law school, Heidi spent five years working for a large residential landlord, and she clerked at the Court of King's Bench in Edmonton before joining the firm to finish her articles. She earned her BA with First Class Honours from Mount Allison University and her JD with Distinction from the University of Alberta, and was admitted to the Alberta bar in 2015. Heidi has taught Professionalism and Ethics at the University of Alberta and Administrative Law at MacEwan University, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Alberta Residential Landlord Association.
