David Carr holds J.D. degrees from both Canada and the United States and has lived and worked across both countries. Before joining Queck & Associates he served as in-house counsel for a major real estate developer. He is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and handles commercial, corporate, family, and litigation matters, advising on transactions and disputes and representing clients in court.
