About Justin
Justin is a partner in the firm's Corporate Group, with a practice focused on M&A, securities matters and general corporate work. He has advised underwriters and issuers on a range of public and private securities offerings, including IPOs and private placements. His M&A work includes plans of arrangement, hostile bids and share and asset transactions, along with private equity deals and complex CBCA recapitalizations. Justin's advisory practice also touches on governance and continuous disclosure compliance, particularly for companies in the energy sector. He holds an LL.B with Distinction from the University of Alberta and a B.Comm with Distinction from the University of Calgary. Justin is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, the Canadian Bar Association and the Calgary Bar Association.
