About Dr.

Francois Wessels practices commercial and corporate litigation, shareholder disputes, cross-border commercial disputes, and regulatory law at Loberg Ector LLP. He completed his Bachelor of Laws, a Master of Laws specializing in corporate law, and a Doctor of Laws specializing in mercantile law at the University of Pretoria in South Africa, where he also worked as a research assistant and sessional lecturer teaching transnational business law and legal philosophy. Francois is an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and a member of the Legal Practice Council of South Africa, the Law Society of Saskatchewan, and the Law Society of Alberta, where he practices only in Canada.
