About Justin

Justin Pyke joined NOVA Injury Law in January 2023 after articling and working as a litigation associate in the personal injury department of a full-service firm in his hometown of Sydney, Nova Scotia. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Cape Breton University and a Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick, where he started a volunteer tax-assistance program that was later adopted as an official clinical course and served as chairperson for student discipline on the Fredericton campus. His practice focuses on representing clients against insurance companies in motor vehicle accident, property damage and disability benefit claims. He appears before administrative tribunals and courts across Nova Scotia and has experience with alternative dispute resolution.
