About Ben

Ben Tallon started at NOVA Injury Law as a summer student in 2022, joined as an articled clerk in June 2023 and became a litigation lawyer in June 2024. Born in London, Ontario, he holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science from McGill University, both focused on human immunology and genetics, before an interest in the intersection of health and law brought him to the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, where he graduated in spring 2023 with a Health Law & Policy specialization. As a student he advocated for peers through the Dalhousie Student Advocacy Service, founded the harm-reduction initiative Party Safe and ran the Dalhousie Squash Club. Before law school he worked in the service industry, education and manual labour.
