About Justin
Justin Cashin was born and raised in Sydney, Nova Scotia. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in accounting with a concentration in legal studies, from Cape Breton University in 2014, and a Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick in 2018. Before joining NOVA Injury Law in September 2025, he worked with two law firms in Cape Breton, representing clients at every level of court in Nova Scotia. He takes a client-centred approach and focuses on securing fair outcomes for the people he represents.
