About Anna

Anna practices as a bilingual litigation associate, with broad experience spanning civil, commercial, and regulatory matters. Her client roster of individuals and corporations has brought matters spanning criminal, fisheries and marine, occupational health and safety, immigration, contract, construction, municipal assessment, insurance, and debt recovery, along with a role as junior counsel defending class action proceedings. Her court appearances span all levels of court in Newfoundland and Labrador, plus the Federal Court and the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada. Anna holds a Juris Doctor from Université de Moncton and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Memorial University, and belongs to the Advocates Society, the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador, and the Canadian Bar Association. She also serves as an adjudicator on the Newfoundland and Labrador Human Rights Commission Panel of Adjudicators.
