About Brooke

Brooke Bubar works out of McInnes Cooper's Fredericton office with a general corporate law practice advising clients on a range of business matters, including financings, mergers and acquisitions, share sales and asset purchases, and contract review and drafting. Before law school, she worked in procurement for a multinational food manufacturer, gaining client-side experience in contract review and negotiation. During law school she served as president of UNB Law Loves Back, a community outreach group, and she now sits on the board of the Public Legal Education and Information Service of New Brunswick. She holds a J.D. from the University of New Brunswick and a B.A. in Criminology and Psychology from Saint Thomas University, and was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2023.
