About Vishakha

Vishakha Jain is a litigation lawyer licensed in Ontario whose practice covers civil, commercial, and property-related disputes, with particular attention to condominium litigation. She holds a B.B.A. and an LL.B., along with an LL.M. in International Business Law from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. She was admitted to the Law Society of Ontario in 2024 after completing her articles at a Toronto-based firm, where she handled a wide variety of litigation files.
