About Irina
Irina Samborski is a civil litigator who takes on complex, high-stakes matters, with a practice centered on commercial and private wealth disputes as well as administrative, regulatory, and public law work. She appears regularly before Ontario courts at every level and in private mediations, and clients know her as a practical, thoughtful advocate. Before joining the firm she worked at a large international firm in Toronto. She earned her law degree at Osgoode Hall, where she directed research and writing for the Law Journal, edited the constitutional blog TheCourt.ca, and competed as a mooter in New York, Oxford, and Nuremberg. She holds a BA with high distinction from the University of Toronto in international relations and is fluent in Russian and English. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2019 and belongs to several professional groups, including the Advocates' Society and the Toronto Junior Trusts and Estates Practitioners' Group.
